To embark on a journey of success one needs the tools of preparedness, foresight and strategy. We endeavor to be one of the most competitive groups of companies in the region with emphasis on efficiency in operations and reliability for customers. The operations owned and controlled by the Group will be encouraged to develop as stand-alone businesses and each redesigned to become a major player in its own right.

The new structure will devolve more responsibility and accountability to the different operations within clearly defined parameters. Looking forward, consolidation of our progress and entrenching our position as a market leader is our prime focus.
